Starter plan includes email support (up to 5 incidents per month) for course development in the commonly used Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Canvas, Brightspace D2L, Blackboard and Moodle, as well as tools and best practices for the development of asynchronous lectures, online discussions, group work, facilitation of active learning in virtual sessions and other types of innovative teaching. Subscribers can schedule up to 1 hour of live support in 15 minute increments.
Faculty Helpdesk - Starter Plan
This package is for individual faculty seeking an ongoing support in their teaching. Our instructional designers provide pedagogy consultations, brainstorm weekly activities, assignments and assessments, make recommendations on the use of instructional technology and provide any training necessary.
All services are virtual.

Refunds may be issued on a case by case basis. As a subscription-based service, we cannot issue refunds due to non-use.
