HOW THIS WORKS
Who are helpdesk services available for?
-
This is a subscription-based service that can be purchased by institutions or by individual faculty.
What are the next steps to gain access?
- Individual faculty can subscribe instantly by filling out the form below.
- Subscribers will be asked to schedule a short consultation or complete a short survey after the checkout on the type of support needed. This helps us select and custom match our subscribers with the appropriate support team.
How can I receive institutional pricing and subscriptions?
- Although every institution will have its own suite of tools, our support associates have a wide range of expertise and can advise and support our subscribers on the use of most commonly used tools. For institutional pricing and subscriptions, please contact us at info@attecenter.com.
